Life Coaching

What is a Life Coach?

A life coach is a partner who engages you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal & professional potential. People hire coaches to explore their current life, to craft their future life in new directions, to bring into being the reality they desire through intentional manifestation. A life coach can help you hold yourself accountable, to stop making excuses, and to take a real look at your dreams and goals so you can turn them into actions and into reality.

As a holistic practitioner, you give to others but perhaps you are not taking the best care of yourself. It is my mission to make sure that you succeed in your mission to make the world a better place without neglecting your own needs.

Do you need a life coach?

If you don't know the answer to even one of these questions, or if you need help bringing the answers to reality, you might need a life coach:

  • How do you replenish your energies?
  • What is your life vision?
  • What are the steps you need to achieve your vision?
  • Can you draw a picture of your vision as a success?
  • Can you describe the perfect you?
  • How can you achieve your dreams?
  • What lessons are you still in need of learning?
  • What would you like to explore today?

How does Holistic Life Coaching work?

Our first session is an exploratory coaching session. I will ask you to do a few exercises, answer some questions, and we will get an overview of your perfect life. By the end of the session we will determine what your goals are compared to where you are now. Then I guide you through an empowerment exercise, to help you get out of the way of achieving your dreams. If we decide we would like to continue our relationship, we will then go over the commitment we are making with each other.

For subsequent sessions, we start with your accomplishments since our last session. Then we cover "What would you like to explore today?" You can choose any topic; the session is about you. This leads to a session of coaching on the topic in question, which is a very deep and often broad exploration of your target topic. A portion of the session is a check-in that you are not changing your overall goals then proceed into either addressing commitments you haven't kept to from our last session, or setting new goals & commitments to report on at your next session, either based on commitments you missed, or the topic we covered earlier in the session.
