The 360-Degree Life Assessment™ is a tool for self-assessment intended to be given out by life coaches and other professionals to help their clients quickly assess their own satisfaction with their life and to informally assess the congruence or dissonance of their priorities in life versus their satisfaction with their life. It can also help explore the values that run through the different roles in the client's life.
